What if something's damaged during a service?

In the event that something breaks during our routine service. PureSpace Services takes full responsibility for repairing or replacing the item. Our team members are insured.

Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment or supplies?
No. Our team arrives fully equipped with all necessary supplies and equipment. However, if you prefer we use your products, we are happy to accommodate that.
What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with any part of the service, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the area at no extra charge.
Is your staff insured and background-checked?
Absolutely. All our cleaners are thoroughly vetted, background-checked, and fully insured for your peace of mind.
How can I book a cleaning service?
You can easily book our services through our website, call us directly, or contact us via email. We also offer recurring cleaning schedules for regular clients.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It’s completely up to you. Many of our clients provide access and are not home during the service. Your trust and privacy are extremely important to us.
